§ 5.25.010. Prohibited – Streets designated.

Horseback riding is hereby prohibited on "B" and "E" Streets in the city of Biggs.

§ 5.25.020. Prohibited – Times.

Horseback riding is prohibited on any street in the city of Biggs after sundown and before sunrise.

§ 5.25.030. Exceptions.

An exception to this chapter shall be that horseback riding upon "B" and "E" Streets shall only be permitted during parades and other community festivities.

Violation of this chapter shall be deemed an infraction and shall be punishable as such.
