3-3-401: DISPOSITION OF CITY SURPLUS PROPERTY:

The Director shall dispose of all City owned surplus and obsolete personal property by bid, auction, negotiated sale or exchange. The Director shall attempt to obtain the best value for the property that can be reasonably obtained. (Ord. 06-O-2504, eff. 10-20-2006)

3-3-402: DISPOSITION OF UNCLAIMED PROPERTY:

The City hereby adopts the procedures set forth in division 3, part 4, title VI, chapter 4 of the California Civil Code concerning disposition of lost and unclaimed property. (Ord. 06-O-2504, eff. 10-20-2006)

3-3-403: RULES AND REGULATIONS:

The Director is authorized, subject to approval by the City Manager, to promulgate rules and regulations to implement the provisions of this article. (Ord. 06-O-2504, eff. 10-20-2006)
