§ 10.52.010. Violation – Infraction.¶

The violation of any traffic ordinance of the city currently in force, or which may be enacted in the future, shall constitute an infraction and shall be punishable as set forth in California Vehicle Code Section 42001(a), except where the ordinance specifically provides for a different penalty. (Added during 1980 codification).
