Bell Municipal Code Ch. 15.36 Fire Zones

§ 15.36.010. Established.¶

All property within the city shall be deemed, for all purposes, to be included within Fire Zone No. 2 or No. 3, which zones are established. The classification of properties in such fire zones shall be as follows:

A. Fire Zone No. 2. The following described property for all purposes, shall be deemed to be included within Fire Zone No. 2: All properties within the city which are classified in Zone C-1, Zone C-2 or Zone C-3, pursuant to Title 17 of this code, the same being the zoning regulations of the city.

B. Fire Zone No. 3. All properties within the city which are not classified in Fire Zone No. 2 shall be deemed for all purposes, to be classified in Fire Zone No. 3.
