§ 6-11.01. Swimming pool permits.¶
It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to operate, or open to the public, a public or semipublic swimming pool as defined in Title 17 of the California Administrative Code, Section 7774 and 7775, unless possessing a valid health permit issued by the County Health Department.

§ 6-11.02. Permit issuance.¶
All of the general procedures governing the issuance, renewal, transferability, suspension and revocation of health permits set forth in Chapter 6-1 of this code are incorporated by reference.
