§ 2-1.101. Time.¶
The regular meeting of the City Council shall be held on the second Monday of each month at the hour of 7:00 p.m.

§ 2-1.102. Place.¶
The regular meetings of the Council shall be held at 18747 Clarkdale Avenue, Artesia, California, unless otherwise specified in the meeting notice.
