§ 9.80.010. Lake Amador Recreation Area–Drug-free zone.¶
Pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 11380.5, the Amador County board of supervisors designates the Lake Amador Recreation Area, a public park and recreation area within the county of Amador, as shown and depicted on the diagram attached as Attachment 1 to the original adopted ordinance on file in the office of the Amador County board of supervisors, as a drug-free zone within the definition set forth in said Health and Safety Code section.
