Editor's note— Ord. No. 2022-58, § 2, adopted December 6, 2022, repealed the former Chapter 15.08, §§ 15.20.010—15.20.100, and § 6, of Ord. No. 2022-58, enacted a new Chapter 15.20 as set out herein. The former Chapter 15.08 pertained to similar subject matter and derived from Ord. No. 2019-59, adopted November 26, 2019. Subsequently, Ord. No. 2025-72, §§ 2, Exh. B, adopted December 16, 2025, repealed the former Ch. 15.20, §§ 15.20.010—15.20.110, and enacted a new Ch. 15.20 as set out herein. The former Ch. 15.20 pertained to similar subject matter and derived from Ord. No. 2022-58, § 6, adopted December 6, 2022.
